Nisha Pillai
Operator. Builder. Writer.
I've spent 10+ years in strategy and operations inside complex organizations, including five years running a small organization end to end as its head of operations and board president.
I started out advising and moved towards owning outcomes. That has taken me from corporate strategy at HP, through building a public square in San Francisco, and now strategy & enterprise AI adoption inside a complex, highly regulated organization. I also build my own AI tools, teach others to build theirs, and write about what works. The building is how I evaluate. You learn things shipping that you can't learn advising.
Background: Dartmouth MBA, computer science engineering, strategy consulting at Oliver Wyman, and strategy and operations at HP.

One of the best use cases for LLMs is tutoring.
Spent a couple of hours setting the kids up with a math tutor they can talk to, which prompts and nudges their thinking but never gives the answer.
Two seconds after publishing Part 1 of AI Tech Fundamentals, I saw what had been left out: world models.
Everyone is talking about them.
The best return I've had on tokens and build hours is the utilities I reach for daily.
Everything I build with AI has to pass one test. Will I use it regularly? The goal is to hand off as much mental load as I can, and build useful support systems.
The art on my Frame TV was still the batch generated back in April, because refreshing it would have meant an evening of clicking.
Fixed that today with Claude Code. The original pipeline built a folder of 4K art and stopped there. Everything after that was by hand: copy to a USB stick, import through the TV menu.
